Energy Track
Melbourne-Albury rail corridor, VIC
The Energy Track project will see redundant rail signal towers upgraded into to modern, multi-functional transmission poles within the Melbourne-Albury rail corridor without impacting on additional landowners for access or land acquisition.

Tetris Energy's proposed use of the existing railway signal tower easement with a single landholder minimises time, cost, and social license risks, while the project's design of power poles as technology-neutral enables future electrification, aligning with the growing demand for electrified railway infrastructure in the northern region of Melbourne and the Hume corridor.
Energy Track will assist in unlocking renewable resources, diversifying energy generation across different wind resource zones to contribute to energy reliability and provide pollution-free electricity to support Victoria's transition to a net-zero and climate-resilient state by 2050.
Energy Track will be the enabler for renewable energy projects generating and connecting at one end, and electric locomotives populating the platforms at Southern Cross Station at the other, displacing the existing fleet of loud and polluting diesel-powered trains.
